And as I type, I'm waiting on my cakes to finish baking which recipe I got from her website. I'm making a few pans of yellow cake and the goal is to keep them moist. I'm practicing for February because I have 2 CLIENTS wanting specialty cakes!!! Not one but TWO!! Holy cow!
So needless to say I have to practice making the cakes taste fabulous because the decorating comes a bit easier for me..
-One cake is going to be my Desperate Housewives themed cake for a birthday and the second is going to be a new creation. I have some ideas but nothing concrete yet. I'm start sketching tomorrow.
