Pure INSANITY

Tomorrow Sept. 13th, I will attempt the 60 day insanity challenge.
I'm very scared and nervous to see if I could even make it the full hour yet alone 60 days..
I will keep you guys posted on my results and possibly post before and after photos.

Wish me luck because I WILL need it..

  1. Day 1: Fitness Test
    30 minutes is all it took! I was drenched with sweat and my arms are burning/shaking..
    ohhh wow.. I think the actual workout is like 45mins-1hr :(

  2. You will do amazing! Just keep your chin up, be confident, do the best you can, & you will be fine. As long as you try & you did you best, is all you need. You will fine lady :) Good luck!

  3. Day 2: Plyometric Cardio Circuit
    40 minutes.. Possibly the longest 40 minutes of my life!
    I'm proud that I got through it but let me just say, I can't do push-ups to save my life!!
    Hopefully I can find time to do it tomorrow; school is getting in the way ;)

  4. Day 3: Cardio Power & Resistance
    I took yesterday (wednesday) off because I overwhelmed myself with over 4 hours of exercise.. I did my insanity workout and played tennis for over 3 hours.
    My body couldn't handle anymore abuse so I took it easy by just going to tennis practice..
    Besides that, this workout was difficult but time flew by.. I found myself not cringing over the time but actually keeping up.. (besides that actual push-ups).. Cant do those quite yet..

  5. Day 4: Cardio Recovery
    Yesterday I did this workout but I did take Friday-Sunday off. I went home for the weekend for my cousins wedding. Didn't have much time to workout...

  6. Day 5: Pure Cardio..
    Was pure hell!! Ohh my word, it was tough..
    Right after the workout was complete, Shaun T said "This shit is bananas"...That's all I needed to know.. Thanks buddy..

  7. Day 6: Cardio Abs
    Only 17 minutes but wow did it burn! I've taken some time off of my insanity workouts because I had to rest my body for the ITA's but now I'm back on track.. I'll take time off next week when I'm in Alabama playing tennis but I plan to continue when I get back..
